School Registration

Check if your school is already registered. If not, click “ADD MY SCHOOL” on the homepage and follow the instructions. An admin will create your school page.

The coach or teacher creates an ACGL account, verifies it via email or phone, then links their ASL account and selects the school.

Once verified, you can import students or let them sign up.

Add Students

Coaches can mass import students from the school page. Each student receives login details via email.

Students can also sign up manually. A coach must verify student accounts.

Registration & Payment

Option 1: Student Payment. Students can purchase the registration fee through our online store or on their profile.

Option 2: School payment. As a coach you can navigate to the students tab for your school and select upgrade students.

Sign Up for Tournaments

Students must add their game usernames under “Update Game Accounts”.

Individual games are entered under the “Leagues” tab. Team games require a coach to create and manage teams.

Play & Compete

Fixtures are released at the start of the term. Matches are coordinated weekly through the match page.

Scores are submitted after matches. Disputes can be raised if needed.

Certificates are issued at the end of the term based on placement.
